Bellingham At Home is a non-profit membership organization modeled on the many successful villages now operating across the country that empower older adults to stay active and engaged while living in their own homes and neighborhoods. It is a program of the Whatcom Council on Aging.

NAMI is a nation-wide organization devoted to helping individuals and families cope with brain disorders. We help organize community support for the recovery and reintegration of persons with mental illness, and provide a variety of family and individual education courses and support groups.

NORTHWEST REGIONAL COUNCIL www.nwrcwa.org/
NWRC is a regional governmental agency that serves the people of Island, San Juan, Skagit and Whatcom Counties. We operate Northwest Washington's Area Agency on Aging, which implements state and federal programs for seniors and people in long-term care and includes Senior Information & Assistance, Congregate Meals, Meals on Wheels, Respite Care, Adult Day Services, Case Management and Family Caregiver Support.

We are a partnership with Northwest Life Passages Coalition and other community agencies and volunteers to transform palliative care in Whatcom County and support our human responses to living and dying. Our goal is to create a healing community by providing a space where people living with serious illnesses or facing the end of life don't have to be cured to heal. Together, we are reclaiming palliative care as a community responsibility.
